Net income and EPS (earnings per share) increased to $67.8 million and $0.72, respectively, in 3Q15 compared to $32.4 million and $0.36, respectively, in 2Q15.

Cash and cash equivalents increased 33.0%, and loans receivables decreased 7.4% in 3Q15 on a quarterly basis. The debt-to-equity ratio decreased to 2.94 in 3Q15 compared to 3.19 in 2Q15.

On September 14, 2015, the company declared a dividend of $0.62 per share on Class A common stock.
