Curaleaf Holdings (LDVTF) is one of the leading cannabis operators in the United States. On November 16, Curaleaf Holdings announced that the company opened Tallahassee’s largest medical marijuana dispensary in the Midtown area.

Curaleaf has expanded its footprint in Florida by opening the 16th medical marijuana dispensary in the state. A few of the highlights of the new Tallahassee dispensary are:
- The dispensary is spread over 6,400 square feet.
- The new dispensary is Tallahassee’s largest medical marijuana dispensary.
- The dispensary has a comfortable environment with private consultation rooms.
- The dispensary will remain open seven days a week. However, the dispensary’s operating hours are different for weekdays and weekends.
Lindsay Jones, Curaleaf’s Florida president, commented that the dispensary in Tallahassee would help Curaleaf offer free delivery services daily to 150,000 active patients in Florida.
Curaleaf’s current status
With the inclusion of the new dispensary, Curaleaf has 31 dispensaries, ten processing sites, and 12 cultivation sites across 12 states. Curaleaf’s business includes three product brands—Curaleaf, Curaleaf Hemp, and UKU Craft Cannabis. These brands include a product mix from capsules and tinctures, edibles, flowers and pre-rolls, mints and lozenges, vape pens, vape oil and oil concentrates, and topical lotions.
In the cannabis space, the ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF (MJ) has 2.6% of its total investments in Corbus Pharmaceutical Holdings (CRBP), 1.5% in Cara Therapeutics (CARA), and 5.9% in GW Pharmaceuticals (GWPH).
