The Lumivive System offers atmospheric protection during the day and fights the signs of aging for optimal skin health. The Lumivive System also supports the skin in repairing itself during the night, thereby restoring the skin’s complexion.

Unlike other products, the Lumivive System is an innovative formula that works 24 hours per day toward protecting and revitalizing the skin and does not fade off throughout the day.

The Lumivive System reported an improvement in the appearance of skin tone and evenness and restored stressed skin during clinical studies across some of the most polluted cities worldwide. Nearly 85% of those in the clinical study agreed that Lumivive had reduced the effects of the environment on the skin, making it look radiant throughout the day.

The company has also specified that Lumivive works well with existing SkinMedica products such as the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator, the TNS Essential Serum, and the Total Defense and Repair broad-spectrum sunscreens.

The Lumivive System is expected to contribute positively to SkinMedica’s overall revenues in the coming quarters.

The Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) holds 1.8% of its total investments in Allergan, 10.1% in Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), 5.1% in Merck & Co. (MRK), and 6.8% in Pfizer (PFE).
