Top investors in APLP
Archrock (AROC) is the biggest investor in Archrock Partners (APLP), and it holds 41.4% of its outstanding shares. OFI SteelPath and Harvest Fund Advisors are the second- and third-largest investors in Archrock Partners. The two investors hold 11.8% and 8.8%, respectively, of APLP’s outstanding shares. Together, the top ten investors hold 83.1% of APLP’s outstanding shares.
The above table shows the top ten investors in Archrock Partners and CSI Compressco (CCLP), along with their recent position changes. As the table shows, seven of the top ten investors in Archrock Partners added to their APLP positions recently. Only one reduced its position.
The ten largest investors collectively added net 1.7 million APLP shares to their positions. The addition of 1.1 million shares by Harvest Fund Advisors was the largest position change among the top ten investors.
Top investors in CCLP
Tetra Technologies (TTI) owns 39.7% of CSI Compressco’s outstanding shares. OFI SteelPath and Goldman Sachs Asset Management are the largest institutional investors in CSI Compressco after Tetra Technologies. OFI SteelPath and Goldman Sachs Asset Management own 9.4% and 7.7%, respectively, of CCLP’s outstanding shares.
The top ten investors collectively own 66.5% of CSI Compressco’s outstanding shares. As the above table shows, eight of the ten largest investors added to their CCLP position recently. The ten investors collectively added net 1.5 million CCLP shares to their positions. Tetra Technologies added 0.4 million CCLP shares to its position, according to a filing dated February 8.
Energy Transfer Partners’ (ETP) and Energy Transfer Equity (ETE) received a significant number of shares of USA Compression Partners (USAC) recently as part of their asset sale to USAC. Energy Transfer Partners received ~19.2 million USAC common units, and ETE received 12.5 million USAC common units. The transaction completed on April 2.
