What to Expect from Consumer Sector Earnings This Week

Consumer sector earnings to be released this week

Kraft Heinz (KHC) will announce its 4Q17 earnings results on February 16 before the market opens. The company’s revenue is expected to rise 0.9% YoY (year-over-year) to $6.9 billion. Kraft Heinz’s EPS (earnings per share) is expected to increase 4.4% to $0.95 in 4Q17.

Campbell Soup (CPB) will announce its fiscal 2Q18 results on February 16 after the market opens. The company’s revenue is expected to decline 0.7% YoY to $2.1 billion. The EPS is expected to decrease to $0.82—compared to its EPS of $0.91 last year.

Coca-Cola (KO) will release its fiscal 4Q17 results before the market opens on February 16. Analysts expect Coca-Cola’s revenue to decrease 21.1% YoY to $7.4 billion. The EPS is expected to increase 3% YoY to $0.38.

J.M. Smucker (SJM) will report its fiscal 3Q18 results on February 16. The revenue is expected to increase 0.8% YoY to $1.89 billion. J.M. Smucker’s EPS is expected to rise 6.0% to $2.12.

CBS (CBS) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 15. Analysts expect the revenue to decline ~4% YoY to $3.7 billion. CBS’s EPS is expected to grow 4% to $1.15.

TripAdvisor (TRIP) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 15. Analysts expect the revenue to fall 2.1% YoY to $309.4 million. The EPS is also expected to decline 12.5% YoY to $0.14.

Newell Brands (NWL) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 16. Analysts expect the revenue to fall 10.5% YoY to $3.7 billion. The EPS is also expected to decrease 15% YoY to $0.68.

Omnicom Group (OMC) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 15. Analysts expect the company’s revenue to fall 0.8% YoY to $4.2 billion. Omnicom Group’s EPS is expected to grow 5% YoY to $1.54.

Marriott International (MAR) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 14. Analysts expect the revenue to grow 3.1% YoY to $5.6 billion. The EPS is expected to increase to $1.00—compared to the EPS of $0.85 in 4Q16.

VF Corporation (VFC) will announce its fiscal 4Q17 results on February 16. Analysts expect the revenue to grow 10.2% YoY to $3.6 billion. The EPS is expected to increase 5% YoY to $1.02.
