Royal Dutch Shell’s (RDS.A) analyst ratings show that ten out of 11 analysts surveyed have rated the company as a “buy,” an “outperform,” or an “overweight.” The highest 12-month price target for Shell stands at $66, indicating a 26% rise from its current levels.

Only Morningstar has rated Shell as a “hold.” The average 12-month price target for Shell stands at $60, indicating a 15% rise from its current levels.

Peer’s ratings

Eni (E), Suncor Energy (SU), and Petrobras (PBR) have been rated as “buys” by 33%, 56%, and 11% of analysts, respectively. The iShares Dow Jones US Energy ETF (IYE) has ~43% exposure to integrated energy sector stocks.
