Verizon’s network performance in Cleveland in 2H15
Here, we’ll look at the performance of Verizon (VZ) in the Cleveland market in 2H15. Verizon’s press release on November 23, 2015, highlighted the ranking of the telecom company among the top four US wireless carriers in RootMetrics 2H15 results for the Cleveland market. The top four US wireless carriers are Verizon, AT&T (T), T-Mobile (TMUS), and Sprint (S).
Based on the RootMetrics 2H15 Metro results, Verizon got the top spot in overall network performance metrics among the top four US wireless carriers in Cleveland. Earlier in 1H15, the wireless carrier had shared this top spot with T-Mobile. The rank of T-Mobile in this metric for the market dropped a notch in 2H15 from the same in 1H15.
AT&T shared the second place with T-Mobile in this metric for the market in 2H15. Earlier in 1H15, AT&T held the third spot. Meanwhile, Sprint came in last just as it did in 1H15.
Network speed metrics of wireless carriers in Cleveland in 2H15
Based on the RootMetrics Metro results, like in 1H15, Verizon shared the top position in network speed metrics with T-Mobile in Cleveland in 2H15. AT&T retained its third spot in the metric. Meanwhile, Sprint’s rank dropped a notch in 2H15, to fourth place, from the same in 1H15.
