Stephen A. Wynn, chairman and CEO
Stephen A. Wynn has served as the chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts since June 2002. He has been an executive director, chairman, and CEO of Wynn Macau since September 2009, and president of Wynn Macau until January 2014. Wynn has also served as chairman, president, and CEO of Mirage Resorts, which is now known as MGM Resorts (MGM), and its predecessor Golden Nugget between 1973 and 2000.
Matt Maddox, president
Matt Maddox is the president of Wynn Resorts. He has been a nonexecutive director of Wynn Macau since March 2013. Since joining Wynn Resorts in 2002, Maddox has assumed various roles such as the company’s senior vice president of business development and treasurer, senior vice president of business development for Wynn Las Vegas, CFO of Wynn Resorts (Macau), and treasurer and vice president of investor relations. Prior to 2002, Maddox worked in the corporate finance division for Caesars Entertainment (CZR). Before joining Caesars Entertainment, Maddox worked as an investment banker for Bank of America.
Stephen Cootey, CFO, senior vice president, and treasurer
Stephen Cootey is the CFO, senior vice president, and treasurer of Wynn Resorts. He has served as the company’s treasurer since February 2014 and as the company’s senior vice president of finance since January 2014. Previously, Cootey served as senior vice president of corporate finance for Las Vegas Sands (LVS) from March 2012 to December 2013. Prior to that, Cootey was a partner and senior research analyst with Prides Capital.
