In 2008, she wed Josep Santacana, and the couple had a daughter named Arantxa in 2009. However, her second marriage also faced difficulties, and she is currently facing a fraud lawsuit along with her husband related to financial matters. Arantxa Sánchez Vicario has been entangled in multiple legal battles, primarily revolving around allegations of tax evasion and fraud. In 2009, she was found guilty of tax evasion and in 2015, Banque de Luxembourg lodged a complaint against her, citing credit and property fraud amounting to $5.2 million, though the funds could not be recovered. The legal saga continued in 2018 when Sánchez Vicario faced fresh fraud charges for intentionally misrepresenting her financial arrangements in the previous case.
