India-born business executive Sundar Pichai is the CEO of Alphabet Inc., and its subsidiary, Google. Pichai began his career as a materials engineer before joining Google in 2004. In 2015, Pichai was selected to replace Larry Page as CEO of Google, and shortly after, Alphabet Inc. was formed as the holding company for the Google family.
Pichai was named to Time's List of 100 Influential People in 2016 and 2020. Pichai is married to Anjali Pichai and the couple has two children.
