Key energy events

The table below shows the key energy events for October 9–13, 2017. The OPEC[1. Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries] Monthly Oil Market Report and the IEA (International Energy Agency) Oil Market Report are scheduled to be released on October 11 and October 12, 2017, respectively. These reports could be crucial for US crude oil (USO)(OIIL)(DBO) near the $50 mark.

The EIA’s STEO (Short-Term Energy Outlook) Report is scheduled to be released on October 10, 2017, and could impact crude oil and natural gas (UNG)(BOIL)(FCG) prices.

Plus, the EIA natural gas inventory data could be the biggest driver for natural gas prices this week apart from the weather forecast data. Also, the rig data is important for crude oil (UCO)(BNO)(USL) and natural gas prices.
