Analysts’ ratings for Tesoro

Six out of the nine companies surveyed have rated Tesoro (TSO) as an “equalweight” or a “sector/market perform.” The highest and lowest 12-month price targets for the stock stand at $120 and $84, respectively. 

These targets indicate rises of 44% and 1%, respectively, compared to TSO’s current level. The stock’s average price target of $95 implies a 14% rise.

Peers’ ratings

By comparison, Marathon Petroleum (MPC), Valero Energy (VLO), and Phillips 66 (PSX) have been rated as “buys” by 70%, 64%, and 21% of Wall Street analysts, respectively.
