Hyatt House is the extended-stay hotel format under Hyatt Hotels. Hyatt House provides a residential atmosphere, and the properties are located in urban, airport, and suburban areas.

Hyatt Ziva properties comprise large, all-inclusive resorts serving families and groups in unique tourist destinations.
