Jim Reid-Anderson: Chairman, president, and CEO

Jim Reid-Anderson has served as chairman, president, and CEO (chief executive officer) of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (SIX) since August 2010. Previously, Reid-Anderson was an adviser to Apollo Global Management (APO). Prior to that, he worked in various roles in Siemens AG. Reid-Anderson has also served as chairman, president, and CEO of Dade Behring Holdings. He has held roles of increasing importance at PepsiCo (PEP) and Diageo (DEO), formerly known as Grand Metropolitan and Mobil.

John M. Duffey: Chief financial officer

John M. Duffey has been the CFO (chief financial officer) of Six Flags Entertainment (SIX) since September 2010 and is responsible for the finance and information technology functions in the company. Duffey previously served as executive vice president and chief integration officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. Prior to this, Duffey served as executive vice president and CFO of Dade Behring Holdings, Inc., where he negotiated and led the company through a debt restructuring and entry into the public equity market. 

John Bement: Senior vice president, In-Park Services

John Bement has been the senior vice president for Six Flags’ In-Park Services since January 2006. Bement is responsible for in-park revenues for all Six Flags’ properties. Bement has held a number of management positions at several parks, including Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Six Flags Great Adventure.
