Consolidated Scientific Games: A Stronger Management Team
The executive management team of SGMS includes President and CEO Gavin Isaacs and Executive Vice President and CFO Scott Schweinfurth.

The executive team
On November 21, 2014, Scientific Games (SGMS) announced the executive leadership team that will oversee the organization’s three operating units:
- Gaming
- Lottery
- Interactive
The executive management team of SGMS includes President and CEO Gavin Isaacs and Executive Vice President and CFO Scott Schweinfurth, as well as these men:
- Derik Mooberry, Group Chief Executive, Gaming – Mooberry has over 20 years of gaming industry experience. He was most recently Senior Vice President of Games, Table Game Products, and Interactive Research & Development at Bally. He also oversaw Bally’s business in Mexico and South America
- James Kennedy, Group Chief Executive, Lottery – Kennedy has around 30 years of lottery industry experience. He will continue to serve as Group Chief Executive, Lottery. He previously served as President, Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer at SGMS.
- Jordan Levin, President, Interactive – Levin has served as Managing Director, Williams Interactive at SGMS since January 2014. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Williams Interactive, a subsidiary of WMS Industries that was acquired by SGMS in October 2013. Prior to that, he was WMS Vice President of Business Development.
According to Isaacs, “Our new organizational structure will focus on driving consistent and measurable progress on our goals of increasing profitable global growth and increasing free cash flow to pay down debt.”
The SGMS Board
In December 2014, SGMS elected Richard M. Haddrill, former Chairman and CEO of Bally, Executive Vice Chairman of the SGMS Board. Judge Gabrielle K. McDonald was also elected a Director of the Board.
Haddrill previously served as CEO and as a member of the board of directors of Manhattan Associates (MANH), a global leader in software solutions to the supply-chain industry. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of Powerhouse Technologies, a technology and gaming company involved in the video lottery industry and online lottery and pari-mutuel wagering systems. Haddrill is also a director of the American Gaming Association.
The VanEck Vectors Gaming ETF (BJK), the PowerShares Dynamic Leisure and Entertainment ETF (PEJ), and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) invest in leisure companies.
