Mizhuo upgraded Noble Energy
On March 19, Mizhuo upgraded Noble Energy from “neutral” to “buy.” Mizhuo increased the target price on Noble Energy stock by $1 to $29. Noble Energy expects a free cash flow of $1 billion in 2020. The company’s capital spending on the Leviathan natural gas field will end. Noble Energy expects natural gas sales from the Leviathan project to start at the end of this year. In the fourth quarter of 2018, Noble Energy made capital investments of ~$146 million in the Leviathan project.
In 2019, Noble Energy has allocated a significant portion of its capital expenditure in the Delaware Basin, which will likely strengthen the company’s financial position. On March 11, Cowen increased its target price on Noble Energy by $1 to $32.
