T-Mobile’s overall network performance in Seattle

Let’s look at the latest network performances in Seattle. According to the first half of 2018 RootScore report for Seattle, T-Mobile (TMUS) ranked first in the overall network performance category. AT&T (T) and Verizon (VZ) shared second place in overall network performance, whereas Sprint (S) ranked fourth.

T-Mobile earned a score of 98.0 for overall network performance in Seattle compared with AT&T’s score of 97.6, Verizon’s score of 97.4, and Sprint’s score of 95.6.

T-Mobile’s network performance

According to the first half of 2018 RootScore report for Seattle, T-Mobile won or shared the top spot in all six network performance categories: data performance, text performance, overall performance, network reliability, network speed, and call performance.

According to the report, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon registered median download speeds ranging from 29.1 Mbps to 33.3 Mbps. Verizon’s median download speed increased from 16.5 Mbps in the second half of 2017 to 33.2 Mbps in the first half of 2018. Likewise, Sprint’s median download speed rose from 18.4 Mbps to 29.1 Mbps.

In addition, T-Mobile and Verizon registered the fastest median upload speeds of 15.1 Mbps and 14.6 Mbps, respectively. AT&T’s median upload speed rose from 8.1 Mbps to 10.7 Mbps.
