In 2018, T-Mobile’s (TMUS) total revenues rose ~6.7% YoY (year-over-year) to $43.3 billion from $40.6 billion in 2017. In the fourth quarter of 2018, the company’s total revenues rose ~6.4% YoY to $11.4 billion from $10.8 billion in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Analysts expect T-Mobile to generate total revenues of $11.0 billion in the first quarter of 2019, which reflects ~5.1% YoY growth. Analysts also expect T-Mobile’s revenues to rise ~5.1% YoY to $45.5 billion in 2019, ~4.9% YoY to $47.7 billion in 2020, and ~6.3% YoY to $50.7 billion in 2021.

Peer comparison

Sprint’s (S) revenues are expected to rise ~1.4% YoY to $8.2 billion in the first quarter, which ends on March 31. Verizon’s (VZ) revenues are expected to grow ~1.5% YoY to $32.3 billion. AT&T’s (T) revenues are expected to increase ~18.7% YoY to $45.2 billion in the first quarter.
