Trisha Yearwood, the renowned country singer and host of Trisha's Southern Kitchen, is selling her Nashville home. The five-bedroom property in Tennessee, where she filmes 11 out of the 17 seasons of her Emmy-winning show, is available for $4.5 million, People magazine reported.

The 6,553 sq ft property, sitting on almost four and a half acres, has been Yearwood's "sanctuary" since she bought it in 2000. Her famous friends, including Reva McEntire, Kelsea Ballerini, Danica Patrick and Kristin Chenoweth have all graced her kitchen for the show.

Yearwood exclusively told People, "Everyone loved filming there too because it was so comfortable."

The spacious home has served as the ideal location for numerous holidays, Christmas get-togethers, poker nights and pool parties. This house is extremely special for her as it's also the place where the long-time couple began their relationship and cooked their first meal, a fettuccine alfredo recipe that can be found in one of her cookbooks, Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen.

Yearwood says, "It's bittersweet to sell this place that means so much to me. However, I am ready for someone else to live in it and love it as much as I do, It's time."
