Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures unveiled the official trailer Tuesday, August 5, for their upcoming supernatural horror thriller Do Not Enter, marking the feature directorial debut of acclaimed music video director Marc Klasfeld.

The film, adapted from David Morrell's bestselling novel, promises to deliver spine-chilling thrills when it hits theaters later this year.

The story follows a group of young urban explorers who venture into an abandoned New Jersey hotel in search of a legendary gangster's hidden fortune, only to encounter deadly rivals and supernatural forces that threaten their very survival.

The film centers around the notorious Paragon Hotel, a location steeped in criminal history and rumored to house $300 million in missing mob money.

Leading the ensemble cast is Adeline Rudolph, known for her upcoming role as Kitana in Warner Bros.' Mortal Kombat sequel and her acclaimed performance in Netflix's The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Rudolph portrays Diane, one of the intrepid explorers who discovers that some secrets are better left buried.

Australian actor Nicholas Hamilton, who gained international recognition playing Henry Bowers in the blockbuster IT films that grossed $1.2 billion worldwide, takes on the role of Tod. Hamilton, who boasts 1.8 million TikTok followers, recently appeared in Amazon's The Pradeeps of Pittsburgh and will feature in the highly anticipated Gen V series.

Francesca Reale, the Netflix veteran known for her roles in Stranger Things, Haters Back Off!, and Do Revenge, plays Cora in the ensemble. Her character becomes central to the group's desperate attempt to escape the hotel's deadly grip.

Jake Manley, star of Netflix's hit series The Order and the streaming platform's number-one romantic comedy Holidate, portrays Rick, while Laurence O'Fourain, recognizable from HBO's Game of Thrones and Netflix's The Witcher: Blood Origin, takes on the role of Frank Balenger.

Rounding out the cast are Kai Caster as JD, known for his recurring role as Rowdy in Yellowstone, Shane Paul McGhie as Vernon, featured in Rian Johnson's Poker Face and Netflix's Emmy-nominated Unbelievable, and Brennan Keel Cook as Mack, who recently appeared alongside Christian Bale in The Pale Blue Eye.

Javier Botet, one of Hollywood's most sought-after creature performers known for his work in IT, The Conjuring, and Insidious, brings the film's terrifying Pale Creature to life through his distinctive physical performance.

The screenplay was penned by Stephen Susco, whose horror credentials include writing credits on several acclaimed genre films. Jordan Schur, Chairman and CEO of Suretone Pictures, serves as producer on the project.

Klasfeld expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating his decades-long wait to find the perfect feature film to direct. The veteran music video director, whose work includes the fifth most-viewed YouTube video with Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again," brings his visual expertise to the horror genre for the first time.

The film promises to blend urban exploration thrills with supernatural terror, creating what Schur describes as "an amazing roller-coaster of a story" that audiences have been waiting for.
