From Sylvester Stallone To Ellen DeGeneres, 10 Times Celebrities Sold Homes To Each Other
When celebs did business with each other
Bumping into each other on the red carpet is common. But is it as common in the real estate market? The rich and famous tend to buy homes from those in the same league. They often look for amenities and luxurious features, like extra security from paparazzi, personal gyms, theatres, and even salons. Of course, these aren’t features that normal people can afford, thus it makes sense to buy properties from fellow celebrities. Here are 10 celebrities who sold their properties to other stars.
1. Charlie Sheen to Kendall Jenner
In 2017, supermodel and TV personality Kendall Jenner bought a sprawling Beverly Hills home from actor Charlie Sheen for $8.55 million, as per House Digest.
