Bumping into each other on the red carpet is common. But is it as common in the real estate market? The rich and famous tend to buy homes from those in the same league. They often look for amenities and luxurious features, like extra security from paparazzi, personal gyms, theatres, and even salons. Of course, these aren’t features that normal people can afford, thus it makes sense to buy properties from fellow celebrities. Here are 10 celebrities who sold their properties to other stars.

1. Charlie Sheen to Kendall Jenner

Sheen had reportedly bought the property for his ex-wife Brooke Mueller in 2012. After the purchase, Jenner splurged on the eye-popping, five-bedroom, yellow Mediterranean mansion for a complete modern makeover. She revamped the home in a more minimalist style, doing away with Mueller’s grandiose decor and creating a clean and more modern look.
