Mike Winston

Mike Winston, CFA, formed Sutton View Partners LP, after five years of successful event-driven investing at Millennium Partners. The fund is focused on event-driven and intrinsic value investing with an overlay of debt-based merger arbitrage. Prior to Sutton View, Mr. Winston was an analyst and portfolio manager at Millennium Partners for five years, where he and a colleague managed a $750 million merger arbitrage and event-driven capital allocation. He was responsible for sourcing, researching, sizing, and trading.
