FireEye’s (FEYE) Helix user interface is gaining traction across different organizations due to the one-stop solution it offers to its clients. Helix provides a single user interface that combines the company’s network, email, and Endpoint security platforms with its advanced threat intelligence, threat analytics, and orchestration features.

The growing number of cyber-threats has compelled most enterprises to install different security products at every business layer (and from multiple vendors), allowing them to achieve both time and cost savings. It also improves business efficiency for its clients through better management. Helix is also available on Amazon Web Services (AMZN) and Microsoft Azure (MSFT) cloud with easy installation.

The company exited the second quarter with 75 new Helix customers compared to the 40 users it added in the first quarter. The increased usage of Helix is also leading to more upselling and cross-selling of FireEye’s security products.

FireEye believes that Helix can dominate the next generation of its Security Operations Center and can become the central force of its upcoming FireEye Market. The first part of the FireEye Market will be introduced in the second half of 2018. The company will also launch its orchestration playbooks in the second half of the year.

In 2019, the company will also open the FireEye Market to third-party partners and customers. Going forward, the company will be offering easy access to its Experts On-Demand program through its Helix interface, simplifying its usage capabilities.
