Tiger Management’s top five picks in the first quarter of 2018 were Adobe Systems (ADBE), Blackstone Group (BX), Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL), Microsoft (MSFT), and JPMorgan Chase (JPM). These stocks represented 5.2%, 4.4%, 4.4%, 4.2%, and 4.2%, respectively, of Tiger Management’s portfolio in the first quarter of 2018.

JPMorgan’s stock price rose nearly 3.3% in the first quarter of 2018. Similarly, Adobe Systems, Blackstone Group, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and Microsoft returned 23.3%, 2.3%, and -0.7%, respectively, during the same period. The tremendous performances of these stocks in the first quarter suggest that the firm could also post good returns for the quarter. However, the broader market S&P 500 Index (SPY) fell 1.2% in the first quarter of 2018.
