DM’s revenues

Dominion Midstream Partners’s (DM) revenue primarily depends on the distributions received from Cove Point, DCG (Dominion Carolina Gas Transmission) operations, and distributions from its interest in Iroquois.

The above graph shows the quarterly revenue earnings of Dominion Midstream Partners (DM). An increase in DM’s operating revenue in 2015 was due to the DCG acquisition.

Earnings for the equity method investee increased $6.6 million year-over-year in 2Q16 as a result of the acquisition of a 25.9% interest in Iroquois. Receipts from Iroquois contributed to an increase in the income attributable to partners, despite lower operating revenues in the last three quarters.
