Based on the 1st Half 2016 Metro Area RootScore Report for Tampa, T-Mobile’s network reliability position improved the most, climbing three notches over its previous position in the 2H15 RootMetrics report for the same market.
According to the report, all four top US mobile players shared first place in network reliability in Tampa. In 2H15, Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T shared first place in this metric for this market, and T-Mobile came in fourth.
Text and call performance in Tampa
According to the same report, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile shared first place in call performance in Tampa in 1H16. AT&T came in fourth. T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon shared first place in text performance in Tampa while Sprint came in fourth in this parameter.
