How Wall Street Analysts View Alternative Asset Managers

Blackstone’s “strong buy” ratings

Analysts have a more positive view of Blackstone (BX) compared to alternative asset managers (XLF) KKR & Co. (KKR), Apollo Global Management (APO), and Carlyle Group (CG). Six of 14 analysts currently covering Blackstone stock gave “strong buy” ratings. Six analysts gave “buy” ratings, and the remaining two analysts gave “hold” ratings. These ratings have been consistent since June 2017.

Ratings of peers

Wall Street analysts gave a one-year price target of $22.11 per share on Ares Management (ARES), which reflects an increase of ~23.5% from the current price level.
