The Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLU) tracks S&P 500 Utilities and includes electric utilities and merchant power companies along with water and multi-utilities. This is the biggest utilities ETF by market capitalization. NextEra Energy (NEE) and Duke Energy (DUK) are top constituents of XLU, forming 9.2% and 8.4%, respectively.
